NetSuxxess GmbH was founded in 1997 in Brunswick/Germany. The company was re-registered into the trade register of Frankfurt in 2010 (HRB 87203). Michael Kubert is the CEO of the company since he founded it. Our VAT identification number is DE 214 602 384.

The trademark "NetSuxxess" was registered with the German Patent and Trade Mark Office.

Loosely based on Dilbert every company needs a "mission". In small companies this might in fact rather be a "vision". Nonetheless it's always classified as "Top Secret / Read and Eat" - as it is at NetSuxxess...

There are none. As there are no plans for going public. You cannot buy NetSuxxess shares. Just keep your money.
