Training and E-Learning
You go hiking in an unknown forest. If you have a map and a compass, orientation is much easier. Now you only need a method to get back to some safe and known territory. But stop: What do you use for orientation? Forest tracks or the ants on them? Right: Details are unimportant for your orientation.
Designing Trainings
When it comes to trainings, details are not important, as long as you don't have sufficient orientation. So it's important to get a sound foundation for the understanding. Let's build onto something you already know.
Presence trainings and E-Learning
It has a lot of advantages to meet in the same room in order to learn something: One can ask directly, the trainer gets a good impression of the advances in learning and being together motivates everybody. But there are also some disadvantages: All people involved need to reserve that particular time, and are normally also required to travel. While travelling may educate by itself, and touristic aspects also come into play, there's a more serious disadvantage of presence trainings: They don't go along with your regular work. That means: Being on the training everybody believes one knows everything, but back in office there's a rude awakening. That's a positive aspect of E-Learning. There's no travelling effort, and everybody can access the content at his own speed. The combination of presence training and E-Learning is very efficient.
Self-learning and Support
Our concept is that you work through the matter yourself using our self-learning material. Optionally you can get support from our side. To put it in different words: ex-cathedra teaching is brought to you by our videos, which you can replay as often as you like. You may even pause as often as you like. If you have difficulties to apply what you've learned from the videos, you may contact our support. In any case you only pay what you need.
